A cleaning service. One clear way to run it.

Shinrai would bring booking, cleaning and business management together. Clients know what to expect. The office can organise the work. The team arrives with clear instructions.

The service

For homes, building sites and businesses.

A national service would be organised by region. Each area needs its own people, equipment, coverage and working hours.

Homes

Regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move cleans and short-stay turnovers. The client describes the property and chooses a preferred visit.

Construction sites

Cleaning after trades finish and before handover. The office reviews the site, work stage and access before agreeing a price.

Businesses and malls

Offices, shops and mall businesses. The work is planned around opening hours, building rules, access arrangements and the areas that need care.

From first contact to a finished clean

Everyone knows the next step.

The client starts the request. The office agrees and plans it. The cleaning team records the work. The bill and payment stay linked to that visit.

How it stays connected

One job holds the details together.

Each request receives a job number. Its address, agreed work and history follow it through every stage. People see the part they need for their role.

One visit. Connected records.Example job SH-1042

A change carries through. Finishing the visit records the team’s hours and machine usage. Paying the invoice updates the client’s bill and the office’s money records.
What this changes

Less chasing. More clarity.

For the client

One place to request a clean, check the plan and get help. Details do not need to be repeated at every step.

For the office

Requests have a clear next action. Jobs are planned with available people and machines. Spending stays attached to the work.

For the team

Clear scope, access notes and equipment before arrival. A practical way to record completed work and raise a problem.

About this walkthrough

This is an interactive concept for review. The people, addresses, jobs and prices are fictional. Your changes stay in this browser tab until you choose Start again or close the tab. No real booking, message or payment is made.

All amounts are in Canadian dollars. The example uses 5% tax to show the calculation; final pricing and tax settings need review for each region. National coverage, live accounts and payment connections would be built for the approved service.

The purpose is to agree how Shinrai should work. Branding and the final website design come after concept approval.

Now follow a visit from start to finish.

Begin with a home clean. The guide explains each screen and tells you when another person takes over.
